The Melchioni Group, after having launched a new eCommerce platform and having successfully restructured the Professional Electronics division within the development of Melchioni Ready, is now starting a reorganization process inherent to the Melchioni Electronics and Melchioni Motion divisions.
The future introduction of the new information system, as well as the need to respond to the business expansion strategy in Italy and abroad, offer us the opportunity to re-organize the Group, in order to comprehensively reap the benefits of investments in progress and those planned in the years to come.
In this context of important turning point for the Group, Ermanno Maffè joins the Melchioni S.p.A team as General Manager. Ermanno has all the necessary skills in managing this moment of growth and reorganization of the company at all its levels. His vast experience in having held similar roles both nationally and internationally will lead the Melchioni Group towards new successful projects.
The enthusiasm and ability to adapt to change, which have always distinguished all Melchioni collaborators, will be the background in supporting the ongoing process.
